After giving United a run for their money early, the Tractor Boys had a tough afternoon in the end in Matchweek Two, shipping five goals by the final whistle.
Liverpool have opened the season with a couple of draws, and there have been real concerns about how robust their midfield and defence will be. In this one, that should not matter, as their attack alone should be enough to handle the newly promoted side.

Forest and Spurs are two really intriguing sides, with the former doing some really shrewd business over the summer and the latter splashing an absurd amount of cash for a side coming off another 17th-place finish.
Personally, I thought Spurs were going to look a lot better than they have through two games this season, but the lack of cohesion in the team is glaring and might give Forest the leg up at the City Ground.

Who would have thought Hull City would ever have been in third place at any point of the season? Now, I understand it is only two weeks in, but it is no doubt an astonishing feat for a side who just scraped promotion last year.
The question will be whether the winning run ends for them against Unai Emery and Aston Villa. Villa’s first game was a shambles, but they looked much more settled against Arsenal and will be hoping that trend continues heading into their first real “gimme” opportunity of the season.

United were able to put together a performance against Ipswich on the back of their captain scoring a hat-trick, with Michael Carrick also settling into life as the Red Devils’ permanent gaffer.
Everton at home will be a much tougher test for Carrick’s men, though. In all honesty, they have not impressed me much through 180 minutes, and this one sticks out to me as a bit of a trap game.

If you were doing early-season power rankings, this might be a one versus two matchup. Outside of that, the storylines write themselves: a big-time London rivalry, the first meeting between two high-profile managers in Mikel Arteta and Xabi Alonso at their respective clubs, and the fact they also grew up on the same street.
Furthermore, these sides could not have a starker contrast in playing styles. Chelsea are a top-heavy, fluid attacking side who rely on their front three to do plenty of damage, while the Gunners have a very resolute structure and defence that makes them nearly impossible to break down.
For me, this is a battle of fire and ice, which is always a tough situation to call. This could end up in a share of the spoils come the final whistle.
