We’re going to do something a little different this week, and rather than a match preview and best bet for each and every game, I’m going to outline my best head-to-head bet for the match week, best goal scorer, best underdog and best sgm.
Best Head-to-Head Bet
👇
Talk about finding value in the head-to-head market.
Aston Villa at Villa Park on an absolute heater are paying above even money to beat United on Monday morning.
Aston Villa have now won nine games on the bounce across all competitions and have well and truly left their poor start behind them.
United have two wins in their last five and have been scoring plenty of goals but they beat Wolves, same as everyone else… they just drew 4-4 with Bournemouth and if they’re leaking goals at the back, Aston Villa should be able to score at least two.
Villa don’t have the recent history against United, with four losses and one draw in their last five meetings. But for even money, get on Villa while they’re hot.
Best Anytime Goal Scorer Bet
👇
I was going to tip out Erling Haaland because he’s a dog and has been scoring goals for fun. But then I saw he was $1.35 to score against West Ham…
So instead, we’re going to stick with the other hot foot at the moment.
Hugo Ekitike.
Since Slot’s job has been on the line, he’s had to make some changes, and Ekitike coming back into the starting XI has helped the cause.
Although he’s known for his versatility and ability down the left, he’s started the last three games at the forward position. In his last two games, he’s had 11 shots in the box and four big chances… equalling four goals.
This is a favourable match-up too against a relatively ‘Spursy’ side.
Best Underdog Bet
👇
Nottingham are coming off a 3-0 win at home to Tottenham in what was a bit of a shock result. Now that was at home, and they have to now head to Craven Cottage to snag three points but I think they can.
Fulham have won the last three matches between the two sides, and I think that’s why we’re getting these odds. They’ve had a decent run of form but have lost their last two games at home to Crystal Palace and Man City.
Whereas the Tricky Trees away from home haven’t been all that bad.
Trees on the way up? I reckon.
Best Same Game Multi
👇
The last three games for the Citizens have seen at least three goals scored, and West Ham aren’t much chop at the best of times. Pep has turned this team around, and they’re starting to string together some results.
We’ll start with the goals, over 3.5.
City could do that on their own. Three games ago, against Fulham, the final score was 5-4!
We all know how good Haaland is, but Phil Foden is playing how the English media hype him up to be. He’s getting plenty of good opportunities in and around the box and taking the shots on. Put him in for 2+ shots on target.
And Haaland may be short to score anytime, but the odds to score the first goal… juicy.
- Over 3.5 Total Goals
- Phil Foden 2+ Shots on Target
- Erling Haaland First Goal Scorer
