Detroit
vs
Sacramento
11:10am, Tuesday
Sacramento to Cover the Line (+6.5) @ $1.90

Detroit are safe in the Eastern Conference’s top six, while Sacramento have all but sealed a play-in spot in the West ahead of this showdown at Little Caesars Arena.

Detroit (43-35) can move up a spot before the end of the regular season, while they are also aiming to build some momentum heading into the playoffs after losing three of their last four. In April they have lost at Oklahoma City (119-103) and Memphis (109-103) either side of a win at Toronto (117-105).

Cade Cunningham returned from a six-game layoff in Memphis and top-scored. He averages 25.7 points and 9.1 assists for Detroit this season.

Sacramento (38-40) have put a dismal 1-7 run behind them to win their last two in Charlotte (125-102) and, in a big upset, Cleveland (120-113). Zach LaVine scored 37 points in the latter victory – the most by a Sacramento player since February.

Their clash in Sacramento earlier this season went down to the wire, Detroit coming away with a one-point win after trailing by 14 at the end of the third quarter. Cade Cunningham (33 pts, 10 ast) was outstanding for Detroit, while De’Aaron top-scored for Sacramento with 26 points.

The home team has won just one of these teams’ last nine encounters.

Detroit are warm $1.38 favourites, but they are just 7-11 ATS as a home favourite. Sacramento are 11-9 against the line as an away underdog.

Miami
vs
Philadelphia
11:40am, Tuesday
Miami to Cover the Line (-13) @ $1.90

Confirmed play-in team Miami host out-of-contention East rivals Philadelphia at Kaseya Center.

Miami (35-43) sit 10th but could climb as high as seventh if they win all four of their remaining games. After winning six in a row, they have dropped their last two in tight encounters to Memphis (110-108) and Milwaukee (121-115 in OT).

Bam Adebayo top-scored with 31 points against Milwaukee as Tyler Herro sat out the match with a thigh complaint. The pair are both listed as questionable for this one. Miami are also sweating on Andrew Wiggins’ return.

Philadelphia (23-55) are meandering towards the end of the season and have now lost 11 straight. The went down to Miami, Toronto, New York and Milwaukee by 13-plus margins, before pushing Minnesota hard in a 114-109 loss two days ago.

Miami are looking to complete a season sweep of Philadelphia, having won at home in November (106), and at Wells Fargo Center in February (108-101) and March (118-95).

The home are overwhelming $1.11 favourites giving away a 13-point start; they are 12-12 ATS as a favourite at Kaseya Center this season. Meanwhile, Philadelphia are an NBA-worst 8-19-1 against the line as a home underdog.
