Chiefs were too strong for the highlanders after a convincing second half showing. Western Force stole a draw against the Canes with both teams failing to score within golden-point time. Wallace Sititi is back for the first time this season starting on the bench for the Chiefs, with Dmac being rested due to injury and no Nic White for the Western Force.
Reds are back off their bye-week. The Blues travel again after their loss away to the Crusaders. Blues will be wanting to make a surge into the top 6, this is a must win game for them against the 4th place Reds.
Failing to put points on the board against the Brumbies, Moana head to North Harbour to take on the Drua who are coming off an impressive home win against the Waratahs. Although previous encounters have been high scoring (70+) when Moana have the home advantage, the total points line of 65.5 feels too high this season when you factor in Moana’s recent performances and the Dura’s record away from home.
Crusaders are looking like the second-best team in the comp at the moment decent win over the blues who are finding traction on the standings. Highlanders will be disappointed with their second-half showing against the Chiefs.
Brumbies had a strong showing last week keeping Moana Pasifika scoreless, they will be happy to be back at home – having won their last 6 games at home vs the canes. Hurricanes will be looking to turn that poor record around, especially off the back of last week’s 17-17 draw.
