Took a long time to get warmed up at Te Rapa last start but really got into his work running the best last furlong of the race. Step up to 1400 metres looks likely to suit and maps to get a good run.
Got well off the pace in an on speed dominated race at Te Rapa. Did get a nice run through along the inner but recorded three of the best four last sectionals of the race. Very good this track in his start before and finds a winnable race.
Looks very close to a win. Encouraging efforts last three after getting too far back. Up in class here but down in weight and looks a nice each way chance.
