Has been going very good races without reward so far this campaign. Back from Group 3 level to rating 75 here and looks very well placed. The odds setters haven’t missed him, though, opening price $4.60 and $1.90.
Eye catching effort from the back in a strong line up at Ellerslie on New Year’s Day. Looks ready for the step up in distance now and hard to beat despite the sticky gate. Each way odds $5.00 and $2.10.
Has been hitting the line strongly against better opposition so far this campaign. Probably prefer her over 1600 metres, but she should get away with the 1400 metre trip at Trentham. Hard to hold out at $4.80 and $2.00.
