A little difficult to find some value but this mare looks some value as a top three or top four chance. She was poleaxed in the straight last start in the Matamata Cup when looking to have more to offer. That race has proven to be an excellent form guide so far with My Lips Are Sealed and Khafre finishing first and second in a Group 3 last weekend as well as effortless Te Aroha winner Nigella Lane. Paying $17 and $3.70, as well as $2.30 for a Top 4 finish.
Two excellent efforts so far this campaign and looks ready to strike third up. Concede Tomodachi looks highly talented but looks tight enough in the market running over a distance short of her best. At the $5.00, Glamour Tycoon looks handy value. She is already a black type winner and went super this time last year behind Orchestral in the Karaka Million 3yo after having a wide trip.
Big efforts in last couple off wide trips and may have the same fate here from the outside gate. However, Tauranga has had a bit of racing over the last month and hoping the ground on the inside is tired by the last race. Looks each way value at $7.00 and $2.60.
