2020/21 New Zealand Jockey Premiership winner Danielle Johnson, who now resides in Hong Kong, has provided us with her top three to follow at Pukekohe on Sunday 19 January. Check them out below 👇
Eye catching at Ellerslie fresh up after getting a long way back. Smaller field and longer straight looks ideal and will be hard to hold out. Odds setters not particularly generous though at $2.30 win price.
Excellent run first time over ground last start in what has already proven to be a nice form race. Each way chance. Opening price $4.
Big run after getting too far back at Ellerslie on New Year’s Day. Sectionally it was excellent. From an inside draw over 1400 metres should be able to position a bit handier in the running and will be hard to beat. Opening Price $4.
