2024 NFL Week 10 Best Bets

Week 10 of the NFL is here and after a wild week 9 that included the Panthers winning, a freakish one hand grab and a backwards hurdle.

Daniel Jones hadn’t thrown a touchdown at Metlife Stadium in 672 days, he finally broke that streak last week after putting up first half stat line of 4-6 completions for 0 yards and a touchdown. Almost unbelievable.

We have some good match ups this week and we’re off to Germany, except for I’m not sure anyone will be wanting to watch that game…

Baltimore Ravens
vs
Cincinnati Bengals
2:15pm, Friday | M&T Bank Stadium

A huge AFC North battle takes place in primetime and Joe Burrow looks absolutely dialled. He’s going to have to be as there’s not a lot of room for error if the Bengals are going to make a play-off push.

Lamar Jackson is in the midst of another MVP season. He’s been lights out and he’s going to have to continue to be if he wants to cool down the Bengals.

Their week five meeting fed generations ending in a 41-38 win to the Ravens. Both qbs balled out with nine touchdowns between them.

Although the Bengals defence has been trending upwards, I’m all over every aspect of the overs in this game. Over total points, over qb passing yards, over whatever I can find. Plus I like Joe to dig deep and keep this within a touchdown at least.

My Bets

Bengals +6 @ $1.94
Over 53 Total Points
Joe Burrow to have 275+ Passing yards
Ja’Marr Chase Over 83.5 Receiving Yards

Carolina Panthers
vs
New York Giants
3:30am, Monday | Allianz Arena

If I didn’t have to write about this game, I wouldn’t.

I’m not sure what the NFL are trying to achieve with this game. If they’re trying to bore their international fans then they’ve hit the nail on the head.

Bryce Young is back and managed to lead the Panthers to an upset win over the Saints. Xavier Legette seems to be the redzone target if they’re not running the ball. If either team can find the endzone here I like Legette to do so.

It also feels like a great opportunity to get back on the Malik Nabers train. Against a very average secondary he could cause some havoc in Germany.

My Bets

Under 40.5 Total Points @ $1.94
Xavier Legette Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Malik Nabers 60+ Receiving Yards

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
vs
San Francisco 49ers
7:00am, Monday | Raymond James Stadium

The return of CMC, the moment fantasy managers have been waiting for. I’m unsure of what sort of work load he’ll get but I do think he will feast with whatever touches he does get.

It seems to be a game-time decision on whether he will play or not, but if he is in the lineup, I’ll be locking him in for a touchdown.

On the other side, the Bucs managed to get to OT with the reigning champs, but after losing the coin toss, the game was done.

They’ve lost three in a row now since losing Evans and Godwin and I don’t like their chances in this one either.

My Bets

San Francisco 49ers -6 @ $1.90
Christian McCaffrey Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Deebo Samuel Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Cade Otton to have 45+ Receiving Yards

Dallas Cowboys
vs
Philadelphia Eagles
10:25am, Monday | AT&T Stadium

This would be a primetime match up during the 2022 season, unfortunately there wasn’t a lot to choose from for the late slate so here we go.

The Cowboys season is going down the drain and now they now have Cooper Rush starting under centre. What could be more concerning is their inability to stop the run.

Saquon Barkley should be licking his lips while watching back the film. He had 169 rushing yards last week to go with his two touchdowns… The guy is an absolute weapon, I mean a spin move into a backwards hurdle, are you kidding me.

I’m with Saquon and the Eagles to run salt into the wounds of Americas team.

My Bets

Philadelphia Eagles -7.5 @ $1.94
Saquon Barkley 100+ Rushing Yards
Saquon Barkley Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Houston Texans
vs
Detroit Lions
2:20pm, Monday | NRG Stadium

This week’s marquee match-up, the Lions heading south to take on the Texans.

Something about the Texans hasn’t impressed me this year. C.J Stroud has been fine but I wouldn’t say he’s been as special as he was last year. They might get Nico Collins back which will help but the main threat continues to be Joe Mixon.

The Lions at worst, are a top two team in football. Gibbs and Montgomery seem like an unstoppable combo. I’d be happy backing Jared Goff and the Lions cause these boys are different gravy.

My Bets

Detroit Lions -3.5 @ $1.90
Joe Mixon 100+ Rushing Yards
Jahmyr Gibbs Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Los Angeles Rams
vs
Miami Dolphins
2:15pm, Tuesday | SoFi Stadium

The Rams are starting to pick up steam in the NFC, they should be close to full strength in this coast-to-coast match-up.

The Dolphins aren’t looking too bad either, Tua has looked good since returning and I’m sure they can get back to being one of the most exciting teams in football.

I think as time goes on the Dolphins will continue to get better but I’m leaning towards the home side here.

My Bets

Los Angeles Rams -1 @ $1.83
Over 50 Total Points @ $1.90
De’Von Achane Anytime Touchdown Scorer
