In just a mere 24 hours, the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft will be underway—and teams will finally be able to put to rest all the speculation about how they’ll take on the annual beast that is the draft.
But for one more day, fans can still let the speculation run wild. So it seems like the perfect opportunity to drop a mock draft for the first round.
Without further ado, let’s give it our best shot at predicting tomorrow’s first round.
1st overall, Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward QB Miami
A fairly unanimous decision here, as the Titans take the best quarterback in this class after the Will Levis experiment failed. Ward’s elite tools give the Titans a player who could be the future of the franchise.

2nd Overall, Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter WR/CB Colorado
The 2024 Heisman winner is a generational talent—not only the best player at both of his positions, but also the best overall player in the class. How the Browns will use him, I’m not sure, but he’s a player who simply shouldn’t be passed on.
3rd Overall, New York Giants: Abdul Carter Edge Penn State
The best pass rusher to come out of college football in the past two years lands in New York to join forces with Brian Burns and Kayvon Thibodeaux. This would give the G-Men one of the most exciting pass rush attacks in the league.
4th Overall, New England Patriots: Will Campbell OL LSU
Seen as the best offensive lineman in the class, Campbell could give the Patriots a player who might become either a franchise tackle or guard when it’s all said and done.
5th Overall, Jacksonville Jaguars: Ashton Jeanty RB Boise State
In the five slot, this mock takes a turn as the Jags select the most talented playmaker in the draft. Jeanty possesses All-Pro potential if given the opportunity, and I think new head coach Liam Cohen would love to have this kind of talent in his offense.
6th Overall, Las Vegas Raiders: Armand Membou OT Missouri
Possibly one of the more toolsy linemen in this class, the Mizzou product should provide the Raiders with their starting right tackle for 2025 and beyond.
7th Overall, New York Jets: Tyler Warren TE Penn State
The second Penn State product is off the board, and in this case, the Jets land the best pass-catching talent in the class. Warren is just a flat-out superb football player who brings toughness and physicality—traits that new head coach Aaron Glenn will absolutely love.
8th Overall, Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker Edge Georgia
Walker is a linebacker/edge hybrid who can get after the quarterback and drop into coverage when needed. Even though he’s undersized, he’s a scintillating athlete who could be an impact player in 2025.
9th Overall, New Orleans Saints: Kelvin Banks OT Texas
A guy who’s gained plenty of momentum in the past week is Banks out of Texas. He looks like a player who could be a bookend for the Saints along their line, both now and in the future.
10th Overall, Chicago Bears: Mason Graham DL Michigan
The fall for Graham stops here as the Bears select one of the consensus best players in the class. He’s a bit smaller to play on the interior against the run, but he can create havoc in the backfield for opposing quarterbacks.
11th Overall, San Francisco 49ers: Walter Nolan DL Ole Miss
The most physically talented player on the defensive line in this class is selected by the 49ers, who need help on either side of the trenches. Nolan is a boom-or-bust prospect who could be an All-Pro in three years’ time or struggling for playing time.
12th Overall, Dallas Cowboys: Matthew Golden WR Texas
The Cowboys need someone to take attention off CeeDee Lamb for their offense to begin to flourish. In this case, Golden out of Texas will become the Robin to Lamb’s Batman.

13th Overall, Miami Dolphins: Will Johnson CB Michigan
With superstar Jalen Ramsey allowed to seek a trade, the Dolphins find his replacement in Will Johnson, who, 12 months ago, was the best corner in college football.
14th Overall, Indianapolis Colts: Nick Emmanwori SS South Carolina
The Colts take the best athlete in the class in the hope that his play on the field will match the numbers he put up on their home ground at the combine. Emmanwori gives them their own apex defensive back profile.
15th Overall, Atalanta Falcons: Mike Green Edge Marshall:
The Falcons desperately need to rush the passer, and Mike Green is one of the most productive players in the class at doing so.
16th Overall, Arizona Cardinals: Shemar Stewart Edge Texas A&M
Right behind Emmanwori as an athlete, Stewart is a guy who possesses the best tools as a pass rusher in the class. However, the concern was his lack of production in college, so he’ll need some time to adapt to the league.
17th Overall, Cincinnati Bengals: Derrick Harmon DL Oregon
A great build for the modern-day defensive lineman, Harmon would provide the Bengals with a three-down player from year one on a team that is desperate for defensive talent.
18th Overall, Seattle Seahawks: Grey Zabel OL North Dakota State
A Swiss Army knife along the offensive line, Zabel is a guy who could play all five positions but is most optimally suited for the interior in the NFL.
19th Overall, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Donovan Ezeiruaku Edge Boston College
Another solid athlete at the edge position, Ezeiruaku is able to bend around the corner with ease and disrupt the backfield for opposing offenses.
20th Overall, Denver Broncos: Tetairoa McMillan WR Arizona
The Broncos need to find more weapons for Nix, and McMillan represents one of the most talented players left on the board to provide that.
21st Overall, Pittsburgh Steelers: Shedeur Sanders QB Colorado
A pick that would spark plenty of discussion, as the most polarizing player in the class lands with the Steelers. They’ll hope Sanders can become the long-term replacement for Ben Roethlisberger that they have struggled to find.

22nd Overall, Los Angles Chargers: Colston Loveland TE Michigan
Jim Harbaugh gets one of the top talents he left behind when he made the move from Michigan to the pros. Loveland gives the Chargers a versatile weapon who can be used all over the formation.
23rd Overall, Green Bay Packers: Jahdae Barron CB Texas
The Packers select Barron, giving the draft’s host team a player who can line up both inside and outside at corner.
24th Overall, Minnesota Vikings: Tyler Booker OL Alabama
The first player from the Crimson Tide comes off the board to help patch up the leaks on the offensive line the Vikings showed in last year’s playoff bout with the Rams.
25th Overall, Houston Texans: Josh Simmons OT Ohio State
After trading franchise tackle Laremy Tunsil this offseason, the Texans address their top need with the selection of instant-impact tackle Josh Simmons.
26th Overall, Los Angles Rams: Josh Conerly Jr OT Oregon
With tackles flying off the board, the Rams grab the last first-round talent at the position to help solidify the line for Matthew Stafford, who’s becoming less mobile with each passing year.
27th Overall, Baltimore Ravens: Mykel Williams Edge Georgia
The Ravens need more talent on the edge to make a deeper run in January. Williams has the prototypical size and would be a welcome addition to the unit.
28th Overall, Detroit Lions: Malaki Starks FS Georgia
This time last year, Starks was projected to be a top-five pick. After a down year, the Georgia product now provides the Lions with a true center fielder, allowing them to use Brian Branch as their apex defender.
29th Overall, Washington Commanders: Jihaad Campbell LB Alabama
With Bobby Wagner in the twilight of his career, the Commanders find his replacement in Campbell, who, in year one, can be used to defend the run and blitz from the position.
30th Overall, Buffalo Bills: Emeka Egbuka WR Ohio State
Egbuka could instantly step into the NFL and become the leader of a positional group. For the Bills, he can play both inside and outside, creating an exciting trio alongside Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir.
31st Overall, Kansas City Chiefs: Kenneth Grant DL Michigan
After losing the Super Bowl due to Philly having the better team on both sides of the trenches, the Chiefs could use help on the offensive and defensive lines. In this case, they take the best player on the board to help Chris Jones.
32nd Overall, Philadelphia Eagles: Maxwell Hariston CB Kentucky
What do you get the team who has everything? You go get them a replacement for the Hall of Fame cornerback who just left, in the supreme athlete Hariston, who can grow alongside other young stars like Cooper Dejean and Quinyon Mitchell.
